We help roofing, gutter, and epoxy contractors reach and engage qualified homeowners — through marketing and outreach built for how the trades actually work.
Book a call →We connect you with homeowners who have actively asked for a quote and match the criteria you set — service area, project type, ownership, and timeline. No cold lists, no recycled contacts.
Two ways to work with us. Project-based engagements with a 50/50 split for one-off campaigns, or a monthly membership subscription for ongoing marketing — whichever fits your business better.
We work exclusively with home service contractors — roofing, gutters, and epoxy. Every campaign, message, and qualifying question is shaped by what actually drives bookings in those trades.
Most agencies don't understand how a contractor's day actually runs.
They speak in clicks and impressions. We speak in booked appointments, qualified homeowners, and crew utilization — and we build the marketing to match. We work with a small number of contractors per market, by design, so the work we do is always meaningful for the businesses we partner with.
With an education in marketing and business, and a career in sales ranging from inside sales to door-to-door solar sales, Jack saw firsthand how difficult it was to consistently connect with homeowners at the right time. Recognizing the need for faster, more efficient outreach, he founded Demand Flow to help businesses reach and engage qualified homeowners more effectively.
Demand Flow LLC ("Demand Flow," "we," "us") provides marketing and outreach services to home service contractors under individually signed engagement agreements. Our services are designed to help contractors connect with qualified homeowners interested in services such as roofing, gutter, and epoxy installations. The signed engagement agreement governs the commercial relationship and controls in the event of conflict.
Where our services involve contacting homeowners on a contractor's behalf, all outreach is conducted in compliance with applicable laws regarding consumer consent and communications. Homeowner contact information collected through our owned or partner web properties is gathered with the homeowner's express consent to be contacted by service providers regarding their request.
Our services are for businesses operating in lawful home service sectors (roofing, gutters, epoxy, and similar trades). Contractors must be properly licensed and insured for the services they provide.
Fees are set out in each contractor's engagement agreement. Engagements take one of two standard forms:
• Project engagements: billed as a project split, typically 50% on signature and 50% on completion of the agreed scope.
• Monthly membership subscription: a recurring monthly fee billed in advance for ongoing marketing services.
Pricing, billing cadence, and accepted payment methods are disclosed in the engagement agreement before any charge is made.
Demand Flow will perform agreed services in a professional manner consistent with industry practice. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (such as a particular number of appointments, sales, or contracts); we commit to delivering the services described in the engagement agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demand Flow's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

This policy describes how Demand Flow LLC handles personal information collected through this website (demandflowing.com) and through our marketing operations. Consumer-facing intake properties have their own privacy notices presented at the point of submission.
From contractor clients and prospects: name, business name, email, phone, and any details you provide when contacting us or signing up for service.
From homeowners submitting through our consumer intake properties: contact details (name, address, phone, email), project details, and consent records. Submission of this information occurs only after the homeowner has reviewed the relevant property's terms and consented to be contacted by service providers.
To deliver our services: matching homeowner inquiries with contractors who fit their stated needs; communicating with both parties as needed; processing payments; and improving our operations.
Homeowner contact information is shared with the contractor(s) matched to their request under the terms the homeowner consented to. We use vetted service providers (CRM, email, analytics, payment processing) bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations. We do not sell personal information for unrelated marketing.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information. Homeowners may also request to opt out of further contact. Email info@demandflowing.com to exercise any of these rights.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Project engagements are billed as a 50/50 split: 50% on signature of the engagement agreement and 50% on completion of the agreed scope. The initial 50% is non-refundable once work has begun. If we materially fail to deliver the scope set out in the agreement, we will remediate the work at no additional cost. In exceptional cases where remediation is not feasible, a partial refund may be issued at Demand Flow's discretion.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions may be cancelled by the contractor at any time with written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable; services will continue through the end of the cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months.
If a contractor believes the services delivered have materially failed to meet what was agreed in writing, they should contact us within 14 calendar days at info@demandflowing.com so we can review the issue. Our preferred remedy is to address the concern through additional work or revised delivery; cash refunds are not standard practice but may be considered at Demand Flow's discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Engagements may be cancelled by the contractor at any time with written notice. Outstanding fees for work already performed remain payable. Any unused prepaid balance, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We ask that any billing concern be raised directly with us first via info@demandflowing.com. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services pending investigation.
